1. Stay Hydrated

Water is essential for a glowing skin but in winter we often feel less thirsty and don’t drink enough water. However, staying hydrated is as crucial in winters as it is in summers. Water helps in maintaining skin’s elasticity and makes it look fresh. Try to carry a bottle along with you and keep drinking from time to time. Additionally you can drink warm teas to keep yourself hydrated and toasty.

2. Moisturize Regularly

Applying moisturizer daily on skin is very necessary. Choose a richer moisturizer which contains ingredients like, hyaluronic acid, glycerin and ceramides that will draw moisture into skin. Apply it every day after washing your face or taking shower. This will help you in keeping your skin softer and supple.

3. Gently Exfoliate your Skin.

Exfoliating skin helps in removing dead skin cells, making way for a fresh and clean skin. Opt for products with milk ingredients like lactic acid or soft scrub.
